Vi har 30 dagars returpolicy, vilket betyder att du har 30 dagar på dig att begära retur från det att du mottog artikeln.

Om du ska ha rätt till retur måste artikeln vara i samma skick som du mottog den i, oanvänd, med alla lappar kvar och i sin originalförpackning. Du måste även ha kvittot eller köpehandlingen.

Om returen accepteras skickar vi dig en returfraktsedel samt instruktioner om hur och var du ska skicka paketet. Artiklar som skickas tillbaka till oss utan att retur först har begärts accepteras inte.

Skador och problem
Kontrollera din beställning när du tar emot den och kontakta oss omgående om artikeln är defekt, skadad eller om du har fått fel artikel, så att vi kan bedöma problemet och rätta till det.


Undantag/artiklar utan retur
Vissa typer av artiklar får inte returneras, som färskvaror (till exempel livsmedel, blommar eller växter), anpassade produkter (till exempel specialbeställningar eller personanpassade artiklar) och egenvårdsprodukter (till exempel skönhetsprodukter). Vi accepterar inte heller returer av farliga material, lättantändliga vätskor eller gaser. Kontakta oss om du har frågor om eller problem med en viss artikel.

Tyvärr kan vi inte acceptera returer av rea-artiklar eller presentkort.


Byten
Det snabbaste sättet att se till att du får det du vill ha är att returnera den artikel du har, och när returen har godkänts köpa den nya artikeln separat.


Ångerfrist på 14 dagar i EU
Om handelsvaror levereras i EU har du oaktat det ovanstående rätt att ångra eller returnera beställningen inom 14 dagar, utan krav på några särskilda skäl. Precis som ovan måste artikeln vara i samma skick som du fick den i, oanvänd, med alla lappar kvar och i sin originalförpackning. Du måste även ha kvittot eller köpehandlingen.


Återbetalningar
Vi meddelar dig när vi har tagit emot och kontrollerat returen, och om den återbetalningen godkänns eller inte. Om återbetalningen godkänns görs den automatiskt till den ursprungliga betalningsmetoden inom 10 arbetsdagar. Kom ihåg att det kan ta ett tag innan banken eller kreditkortsföretaget har behandlat returen så att den syns hos dig.
