Edvardson Sweden is a long-established family business, formerly known as Malungsfors Läderprodukter. It began in the 1860s when great-grandfather Edvard Torstensson started shoemaking to make a living. Since then, manufacturing has expanded to include hunting and outdoor leather accessories.

Good quality and good function in everything we do, products that withstand hardship and function that enriches your experience. We have created the products we want to use ourselves and we test them both on moose hunting and mountain hiking.

The bus seat made of cotton will keep you warm and dry while birdwatching on an early spring day and it won't rustle as you sneak through the terrain.

We want the best possible materials for each product and function. The materials should be durable, comfortable, quiet and lightweight. We use natural materials primarily, but sometimes it is a modern synthetic material that has the specific function we are aiming for.

We in the Edvardsson family have a long tradition as shoemakers. In the 1860s, my great-grandfather came wandering from Norway and settled here in Malungsfors. He made a living as a shoe repairman but over time learned to make durable boots and shoes.

During the first half of the 20th century, the products were developed and the professional skills were deepened. The production was moved to larger premises and more leather-savvy villagers were given the opportunity to learn the noble art of shoemaking. The Malung region has a long leather tradition, so the feeling for leather and how to handle it was an inherited knowledge among the people.

Nowadays we manufacture outerwear, hunting accessories, hunting clothing, hunting trousers, hunting jackets, cartridge holders, bolt carrier holsters, carrying harnesses for hunting radios and GPS, leather belts, rifle straps and profile products. We now have such solid expertise that there are few things we do not dare to do. We can proudly say that our leather products are so durable that they will last for several years if you take good care of them.

We try to use vegetable tanned leather as much as possible, considering the environment.
