We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days to request a return from the time you received the item.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition you received it in, unused, with all tags still attached, and in its original packaging. You must also have the receipt or proof of purchase.

If the return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent back to us without a return request will not be accepted.

Damage and problems
Please check your order when you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can assess the problem and correct it.


Exceptions/non-returnable items

14-day cooling-off period in the EU
If merchandise is delivered within the EU, you have the right to cancel or return the order within 14 days, without having to give any specific reasons. Refunds
We will notify you when we have received and inspected your return, and whether or not the refund is approved.
